I added:

  • Adds .github/workflows/issue-handler.yml
  • Detects ""spammy "" or low-effort issue content (e.g., “pls fix”, “help me”, “urgent”)
  • Automatically labels spam issues with spam.

Of course this is optional and have to improve from time to time.
